As a Quality Manager at Sagar Hospitals, Jayanagar, T Block, Bangalore, you will be responsible for establishing, coordinating, and monitoring the quality assurance programme. Your role will involve maintaining Quality systems in both clinical and non-clinical areas. You will be required to coordinate and perform quality assurance audits according to predefined standards and present findings, suggestions, and corrective actions to higher-level management. Monitoring the implementation of NABH Standards within the hospital, standardizing policies and procedures, and collecting and analyzing hospital Quality indicator data will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will coordinate hospital-wide committees and multi-disciplinary teams, conduct medication management and documentation audits, and collaborate on facility management audits with the safety officer and team. Your role will also include coordinating and monitoring Mock Disaster Drills, Fire Drills, and other safety drills, focusing on infection control, patient safety, clinical audit, and Mock Surveys. Conducting training on NABH standards for staff, providing orientation on Quality Programmes for newly joined staff, and carrying out improvement projects to implement necessary changes in processes and protocols will be essential tasks. Ensuring the overall quality of service provided to patients from non-clinical operations will be a critical part of your role as the Quality Manager. As a DT Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting Scft drive tests for 2G, 4G, and 5G networks using the AZENQOS tool. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in this field, you are expected to possess the following skills: - Proficiency in conducting CAT drives and analyzing good and poor coverage areas. - Knowledge of the parameters required to be checked during drive tests. - Experience in 2G, 4G, and 5G network optimization. - Understanding of the electrical and mechanical tilt of antennas. - Differentiation between handover and re-selection processes. - Ability to measure DL/UL throughput and interpret metrics such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, CI, enodeb, MNC, MCC, TAC, LAC, and PCI. - Familiarity with 4G technologies including FDD, TDD, L2100, L900, SA, TB, etc. - Knowledge of bandwidth and bands in the context of network optimization. Your role will require you to utilize your expertise in drive testing and network optimization to ensure the efficient performance of 2G, 4G, and 5G networks.,

The job requires an experienced individual with more than 5 years of expertise in the field. The working model is hybrid, with the initial laptop collection and knowledge transfer taking place in the office for the first 2-4 weeks. Following this, the role transitions to 100% remote work. The job falls under Job Stage JS4, with medium expertise level expected from the candidate. The shift timings for this position are either from 4 PM to 1 AM or from 6 PM to 3 AM. The key responsibilities include a deep understanding of Swap/Cluster Acceptance Procedure, Ericsson OSS KPIs & Counters for LTE & VoLTE, LTE KPI Optimization for Ericsson System, NR NSA KPI Optimization for Ericsson System, and various procedures such as RRC, ERAB procedure, Handover Preparation & Execution, and PRB Utilization. Additionally, knowledge of drops due to UE lost, MME drops, drops due to Handover, as well as familiarity with Ericsson tools like Ericsson Performance Portal (EPP) and Ericsson Network Manager (ENM) is preferred. Basic knowledge of Nokia Counters and NetAct is considered an advantage. Understanding of Drive Test KPIs such as RSRP, RSRQ, SINR, CQI, and RI is also required for this role. Optional skills that would be beneficial include knowledge of 5G Standalone and basic knowledge of Power BI. The job type is permanent, and the work location initially involves in-person presence for the laptop collection and knowledge transfer. The work schedule is during night shifts.
