Job Summary:

The Field Services Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, management, and execution of on-site service activities, supporting other Service Functions (SFs) within Operations and Engineering.

This role ensures that services provided to customers are continuously available and meet the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The position is primarily field-based and plays a crucial role in delivering Ericsson's Managed Services portfolio at the customer premises.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze, prepare, implement, execute test cases, and verify the configuration and integration of anode/network/system
2. The scope could cover the scenarios of new nodes/network/system, upgrades, expansion (functionality &capacity) and migration.
3. Coordinate and execute in-site activities in support of Operations and Engineering teams.
4. Ensure high availability and performance of services provided to customers as per SLA commitments.
5. Act as the field interface for deployment and engineering activities initiated by the SIP function.
6. Follow and enforce health and safety requirements in line with project OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) standards.
7. Perform tasks in alignment with the "Field Services" Service Function, as defined by Ericssons Managed Services offer.
8. Provide timely reporting and escalation of field issues impacting service delivery.
9. Support field-based interventions resulting from planned engineering changes or network incidents.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 3+ years of experience in field service operations within telecom or managed services environments.
3. Familiarity with SLA-based service delivery and field operational procedures.
4. Strong understanding of Ericssons service models and tools is an advantage.
5. Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
6. Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
7. Knowledge of occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills:

1. Technical certifications in telecom or network systems (e.g., CCNA, RAN certifications).
2. Experience working in cross-functional teams and multi-vendor environments.
3. Ability to handle fieldwork under pressure with a customer-focused mindset.
