Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced RAN Engineer L1FM to join our team at Ericsson India Global Services Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing mobile networks, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage mobile network architectures to ensure high performance and reliability.
Conduct site surveys and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize network performance.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including operators, vendors, and internal teams.
Analyze network data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and develop optimization plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall network performance.
Provide expert guidance on mobile network design, implementation, and management best practices.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of mobile network fundamentals, including radio access networks and core networks.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with network management tools and software, such as NetAct and NSM.
