Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced RAMP Supervisor to join our team at Global Flight Handling Services, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aviation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate ramp operations to ensure efficient flight handling.
Manage ground staff activities, including baggage handling and aircraft maintenance.
Coordinate with pilots, air traffic controllers, and other stakeholders to ensure safe and timely flight departures.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
Monitor and report any issues or incidents during ramp operations.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry.
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with ground handling equipment and technology.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
