Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate RAG Prompt Engineer to join our AI/ML team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing prompts and pipelines for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate has a strong background in natural language processing, prompt engineering, and information retrieval, with hands-on experience building scalable LLM-powered applications.

Preferred candidate profile

Seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) with experience leading complex AI/ML initiatives.
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of AI/ML programs and initiatives across multiple teams.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, product and business partners to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
Translate business requirements into clear technical objectives and milestones for model development and deployment.
Identify opportunities to optimize project delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Work closely with teams across Ops/Supply Chain to understand contextual needs and align AI/ML solutions accordingly (preferred).
Ability to understand and work with AI/ML concepts like LLM, RAG, Data structures, analysis to supplement engineering strength and lead business SMEs
