Job Title: ERP Project Manager Customized Solutions (Manufacturing Industry)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage

  end-to-end ERP implementation projects

  for manufacturing clients, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Utilize prior experience in

  ERP development and customization

  to effectively guide technical teams and ensure high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to

  design and deliver customized ERP functionalities

• Translate complex technical requirements into business-focused outcomes, ensuring clarity across technical and non-technical teams.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to maintain project health and stakeholder confidence.
• Ensure all solutions comply with quality standards and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee user training, documentation, and provide support during and after implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in ERP processes and implementation methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of overall experience

  in ERP systems, with significant time spent in

  ERP development, customization, and technical implementation

  .
• Proven track record of progression from

  ERP Developer to Project Manager

  , with hands-on technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of

  manufacturing processes

  and how ERP systems support operations like production, inventory, procurement, and supply chain.
• Demonstrated success managing and delivering

  complex, customized ERP projects

  in the manufacturing domain.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Experience working in

  fast-paced environments

  with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in ERP platforms such as

  SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics

  , or other industry-specific ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of

  project management tools and methodologies

• Excellent
