Description
We are looking for a skilled Radio Frequency Product Engineer with 6 years+ of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in RF testing, fixture repair, calibration, and quality control processes. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure high product quality and performance. Key Responsibilities: Perform Radio Frequency Testing for Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G, 4G, 5G, and LTE technologies. Repair, debug, and maintain Radio Frequency Testing Fixtures to ensure accurate results. Analyze and report on Testing Fixture Yield and Retest outcomes. Conduct calibration activities on fixtures and implement quality methodologies including 6S, GRR (Gauge Repeatability & Reproducibility), 4MIE, NTF/MDF, and Cpk analysis. Communicate effectively with customers in English and Kannada, addressing technical queries and providing updates. Apply logical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot testing and calibration issues. Qualifications & Skills: B.E or Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Instrumentation and Control Engineering (ICE). 6+ years of relevant experience in RF testing and calibration. Strong knowledge of Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3G/4G/5G/LTE RF technologies. Experience with RF Testing Fixture repair and yield analysis. Familiarity with quality tools and statistical methods like 6S, GRR, Cpk, and others mentioned. Good communication skills in English and Kannada. Strong logical and analytical thinking abilities.
