Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced RA Officer to join our team at Tactus Nutrasciences LLP, with 1-4 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct research and development activities to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Develop and implement new methods and procedures to improve laboratory operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Analyze data and results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff members.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences or chemistry.
Proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and software, and the ability to learn new systems.
