Role & responsibilities

• Manage and record all

  intercompany transactions

  (sales, cost allocations, royalties, shared services, etc.) in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Perform

  monthly intercompany reconciliations

  and ensure all balances are cleared before period close.
• Coordinate with

  AP/AR and other R2R teams

  to ensure accurate posting and settlement of intercompany invoices.
• Analyze intercompany differences and

  resolve mismatches

  through proactive communication with local finance teams.
• Support

  month-end and year-end closing

  activities journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare and review

  intercompany confirmations

  and reporting packages for group consolidation.
• Ensure compliance with

  IFRS / US GAAP

  and internal control requirements (SOX, audit readiness).
• Participate in

  process improvement initiatives

  , automation, and standardization across entities.
• Collaborate with global finance stakeholders, tax, and treasury teams on cross-entity adjustments.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in

  Accounting, Finance, or Commerce

  .
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in

  R2R / General Ledger / Intercompany Accounting

  , preferably in a

  Shared Service or multinational environment

  .
• Strong understanding of

  intercompany accounting principles

  , reconciliations, and eliminations.
• Proficiency in

  ERP systems

  (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and

  MS Excel

  (pivot tables, lookups).
• Good communication skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders globally.
  
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Exposure to

  Lean / Six Sigma / process optimization
