R & D Executive ( Food Processing ) Key responsibilities

• Product innovation: Research and develop new food products, from ideation and formulation to pilot-scale testing.
• Product improvement: Modify existing product formulations to optimize cost, taste, nutrition, or quality.
• Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, consumer needs, and new technologies to drive innovation.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with teams like Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to ensure product development aligns with business objectives.
• Testing and analysis: Conduct sensory analysis, product testing, and physical/chemical analysis to improve products and processes.
• Compliance: Ensure products meet food safety and quality standards, including regulations like FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO. Required qualifications
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field is often required.
• Experience in food product development, with specific experience in certain sectors like nutraceuticals may be preferred.
• Strong understanding of food science principles, formulation, and analytical chemistry.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
