Job Description: 1. Major Customer Communication: Primary point of contact for customers, responding to customers about shipment status, delivery timelines. Handling customer complaints, providing solutions. 2. Shipment coordination: Coordinate with overseas office for shipment pick-up, planning, shipment delays etc. 3. Track Shipments: Tracking the shipments, managing documentation. 4. Custom Clearance & Delivery: Also responsible for coordinating with custom brokers for clearance of the shipment and then coordinate with the transporters for delivery of the shipments 5. Pricing: Quoting to the customers/OGP Partners 6. Coordinate with BD/Sales for SOP, pricing and information required for smooth execution of the shipments. 7. Coordinate with Airport operations team for timely data feeding, DO online. 8. Sending DSR/MIS reports to major customers on daily basis 9. Back-up of Air Import supervisor and maintaining the team in his absence.
