QuickBooks Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations using

  QuickBooks Online and Desktop

  .
• Handle

  accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking

  .
• Prepare and maintain

  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  .
• Perform

  bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance

  .
• Assist with

  payroll processing, tax compliance, and filings

  for US clients.
• Communicate with US stakeholders regarding financial updates and requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of all financial data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience

  working with

  QuickBooks (Online & Desktop)

  , preferably for

  US clients

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  US accounting principles, payroll, and taxation

  .
• Experience in

  bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel and accounting software tools

  .
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently in

  night shifts (US EST hours)

  .

Preferred Qualifications

• QuickBooks Certification (QBO/ProAdvisor)

  will be an added advantage.
• Experience in working with

  US-based CPA firms

  or outsourcing companies.
