Workday Partnership Manager / Consultant (Contract or Full-Time)

We’re seeking someone with hands-on experience managing Workday partnerships, ideally for firms in consulting, IT, or tech services. The goal is to have this person take full ownership of our existing Workday sales partnership and elevate it to a Workday Services partnership. This includes:

• Owning the end-to-end relationship

  with Workday and acting as our main point of contact.

• Advising on and executing all requirements

  for moving from a sales to a services partnership, including compliance, certifications, and operational steps.

• Building and maintaining a roadmap

  of partnership deliverables, including talent certification, partner enablement, and tracking partnership health.

• Coordinating internally

  to ensure we’re always in good standing, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow our Workday footprint.

• Serving as our in-house expert

  on all things Workday partnership—providing training, documentation, and guidance to our internal team.

Ideally, this person has done this before for another partner firm, knows the Workday ecosystem, and can either operate as a dedicated hire or fractional consultant. The role is flexible - could be full-time, part-time, or consulting
