Job Description

As a Quantity Surveyor, your expertise will be invaluable in controlling costs, managing contracts, and maximizing value throughout each project phase. You will be responsible for various tasks including: - Preparation of contract documents, collaborating with the architect and/or the client to create bills of quantities. - Conducting cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work. - Assisting in determining client requirements and conducting feasibility studies. - Performing risk assessment, value management, and cost control throughout the construction process. - Providing advice on contractual claims and disputes. - Monitoring changes to design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly. - Ensuring strict compliance with health and safety regulations.
