Quantity Surveyor (Tender) – Construction Company

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil with relevant experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in tendering or estimation in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, rate analysis, and BOQ preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender drawings, specifications, and BOQs to identify scope and requirements.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and material requirements.
• Assist in cost estimation, rate analysis, and pricing of tenders.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement, and engineering teams for input data.
• Analyze subcontractor/vendor quotations for cost comparison.
• Maintain and update cost databases and standard rate libraries.
• Prepare tender clarifications and technical/commercial bid documents.
• Support in post-tender negotiations and documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
