Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Civil) to manage cost estimation, billing, and quantity management for high-rise residential/commercial construction projects . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in quantity take-offs, client billing, subcontractor billing, site measurements, and coordination with project teams. Key Responsibilities: Quantity Estimation & Take-Offs: Prepare accurate quantity take-offs from GFC drawings, tender documents, and BOQ. Verify changes in construction drawings and assess quantity deviations. Client Billing: Prepare monthly RA (Running Account) bills as per actual site progress. Coordinate with execution and client teams for joint measurements and bill certification. Ensure timely submission of bills with proper documentation. Subcontractor Billing: Prepare and certify subcontractor bills as per executed work. Maintain tracking sheets, reconciliations, and Work Order compliance. Site Measurement & Documentation: Conduct physical site measurements jointly with client/consultant. Maintain updated measurement books, quantity abstracts, and billing logs. Rate Analysis & Budgeting: Perform rate analysis for new/extra items. Assist in cost forecasting, budgeting, and cost-to-complete evaluations. Change Management: Identify variations and prepare VO (Variation Order) documentation. Assist in preparing claims for extras, deviations, and escalation. Coordination & MIS Reporting: Coordinate with planning, procurement, execution, and accounts teams. Prepare commercial MIS including billing status, receivables, cost tracking, and subcontractor liabilities. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all billing and quantity records are maintained as per contract and audit requirements. final bill preparation and closure.
