Job Description

To prepare estimated budgetary BOQ based on master planning To assist in conducting pre-qualification process for selection of contractors/vendors for various projects To prepare estimation of detailed quantities along with detailed technical specifications To conduct rate analysis of BOQ items To anticipate the deviation and variations well in advance and submitting the report with detailed working To conduct Quality & Quantity verification and certification of bills To ensure tracking of all bills to ensure sequential process and timely payments To prepare MIS w.r.t. approved budget To ensure statutory contractual compliances from all concerned vendors To prepare bar chart, track project execution and issue notice in advance of critical path and red flags The list of duties and responsibilities mentioned above is indicative, not exhaustive.
