1) Model Integration Federate Process Piping and Electrical models (Revit/IFC/NWC); align coordinates, grids, and levels. Normalize system naming, units, specs, and worksets; fix links/visibility; set discipline takeoff views. Deliverables: Federated NWD/RVT, model health checklist, publish/version log. 2) Checking & Identifying Model Differences (Deltas) Compare current vs. prior model revision; quantify adds/deletes/mods. Process Piping: size/spec/routing/elevation shifts; valve/instrument/support changes; new tie-ins. Electrical: conduit/tray size changes; feeder/branch reroutes; device/fixture/panel moves. Tag impacts (Cost / Access / Schedule) by AreaLevelGrid. Deliverables: Delta table (CSV/XLS), annotated snapshots (PDF/NWD), prioritized impact list, RFI items. 3) Estimated Quantities (BOQ) — Process Piping & Electrical Process Piping: pipe LF by sizespec, fittings, weld type counts (orbital/butt/socket), valves, inline instruments, skids, heat-trace LF, insulation, supports/seismic. Electrical: conduit & cable tray by sizesystem, conductor LF (feeder/branch), pull points, devices, lighting, panels/MCC/switchgear, grounding, supports. Apply location/system/WBS codes; include documented allowances for non-modeled scope. Deliverables: BOQ workbook (summary + discipline tabs), color-coded takeoff views, assumptions/exclusions log. 4) Clash Detection & Coordination Run rule-based clash tests (PPEL and against Arch/Struct refs); classify by severity and cost/schedule impact. Issue/owner tracking with due dates; weekly coordination and closure reporting. Deliverables: Clash matrix & issue log (CSV/ACC), ranked clash list, viewpoint sets (NWD/PDF), weekly summary.
