Company Description We suggest you enter details here Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Quantity Surveyor located in North Goa. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, budget management, cost planning, and cost control. Additional tasks include conducting feasibility studies, risk management, and preparing tender documents. The role also entails liaising with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the financial and legal aspects of construction projects are managed effectively. Qualifications Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Experience in Land Surveying Strong Communication skills Excellent analytical and numerical skills Ability to work on-site in North Goa Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field Experience in the construction industry is a plus
