Role Overview

As a Junior Engineer Quantities, you will support the project team in accurate quantity estimation and cost control by leveraging Revit and standard engineering tools. Your work will directly impact project execution efficiency, cost management, and timely delivery.

What You Will Be Doing

You will prepare detailed quantity take-offs from Revit models (RCC and Finishings) and 2D drawings to support accurate cost estimation.
You will assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and material estimates for project packages.
You will coordinate with design and site teams to validate quantities, specifications, and drawings.
You will update Revit models with revisions, ensuring that extracted quantities remain accurate and consistent.
You will maintain accurate project documentation, including cost sheets, quantity records, and estimation logs.
You will contribute to process improvement initiatives by suggesting ways to streamline quantity take-offs and reporting workflows.

What You Bring

Proficiency in Revit for quantity extraction, and coordination.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel for BOQ preparation and reporting.
