Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare
BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
, cost estimates, and budgets for interior fit-out and civil works.
Conduct
cost analysis, value engineering
, and feasibility studies for new projects.
Evaluate and certify
contractor bills, variations, and change orders
.
Prepare and manage
tender documents
, analyze bids, and support vendor negotiations.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure cost control and accuracy.
Track project expenses, prepare
MIS reports
, and monitor project cash flow.
Ensure all work complies with
contractual, legal, and quality standards
.
Maintain accurate project documentation and cost records.
Provide
cost advice
and recommendations to management for cost optimization and savings.
