Job Description

The Duties/ Responsibilities of the Prospective Candidate are,

Serve as Quantity Surveyor for projects in the semiconductor, electronics, biopharma, and related industries.
Support procurement activities, primarily,
Contractor qualification,
Bidding liaise with Consultants and IFE technical team to produce and issue tender documents, clarifications,
Price evaluation of bids received.
Post Award Contract Administration up to and including Contract Closure and preparation of Final Accounts.
Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors.
Maintain familiarity with local cost data and market trends in India.
Produce accurate and timely monthly reports.
Work effectively with all colleagues.
Be willing to travel and/or relocate for project requirements.

Job / Skills Requirement:

Career Level: Quantity Surveyor
Relevant Experience: Minimum 7 years in quantity surveying, preferably in industrial projects.
Familiar with local and international forms of contract
