Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architectural Designer and Modeler. The role is located in Chennai. The Architectural Designer and Modeler will be responsible for creating architectural designs, developing 3D models, and collaborating with engineers and other team members. Daily tasks include working with design software, preparing detailed construction documents, and ensuring designs comply with industrial building codes and regulations. The role also involves conducting site visits, taking measurements, and making adjustments to designs as necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural design and 3D modeling minimum 4+ years
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Enscape
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
• Experience in Industrial Buildings is Compulsory
