Quantity Surveyor / Estimator / Billing Engineer

As a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator / Billing Engineer for a hotel development project in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, your role will involve pre- and post-contract cost management, billing, and estimation. You should have a B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Cost Engineering with 8-10 years of experience in this field. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed BOQs, rate analyses, and tender documents. - Track contractor billing, variation claims, and final account settlements. - Establish and monitor financial controls across multiple contractor packages. - Support procurement decisions with cost-benefit analyses. - Provide accurate reporting and documentation for project cost management. - Perform additional duties as assigned by management to meet project or organizational needs.
