You are urgently needed for the position of Quantity Surveyor at EKAM VENTURE. Your role will involve a strong understanding of construction contracts, costs, and regulations. You should have proficiency in measurement software such as AutoCAD, Excel, and other tools. Your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of State Schedule Rate, Rate Analysis, BOQ - Familiarity with Indian Standard Method of Measurement (ISMMS) and Indian Road Congress (IRC) guidelines - Understanding of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) specifications - Awareness of Pradhan Mantri Grams Sadak Yojana (PMGSY) and Public Works Department (PWD) procedures - Knowledge of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) guidelines Qualifications Required: - Typically 2-5 years of experience in quantity surveying, construction, Detail Project Report, Estimation, Bill of Quantities, Rate Analysis, or related fields (Road Project) - Gender preference: Male - Work Location: Office / Site Nashik, Pan Maharashtra - Job Type: Full-time If you have a total of 2 years of work experience and are familiar with working in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.,
