Job summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering. This role involves comprehensive management of costs and contracts, ensuring efficient budget control and accurate project estimation. Key Responsibilities Cost Estimation : Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, considering all relevant factors such as materials, labor, and equipment. Budget Management : Monitor construction budgets throughout the project lifecycle to ensure costs do not exceed approved limits. Contract Management : Analyze and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure compliance and cost-efficiency. Tender Analysis : Evaluate and analyze tenders received from potential contractors to determine best value options. Project Cost Reporting : Prepare and present regular cost reports and forecasts to management, highlighting any variances and recommending corrective actions. Software Proficiency : Auto-CAD Key Requirements Experience : 2-6 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the real estate sector. Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in a related field. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
