Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor for Civil Works, you will be responsible for various aspects of commercial management in industrial, commercial, warehousing, and turnkey projects. Your role will involve hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying, BOQ & Tender Preparation, Rate Analysis, Cost Control & Monitoring, and Bill Checking & Reconciliation for Civil Works. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare BOQ and Tenders for Civil Works - Analyze rates and costs for projects - Monitor and control project costs effectively - Check and reconcile bills related to Civil Works Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Civil Works - Exposure to Real Estate, Infrastructure, Construction, EPC, and Interior Fit-Outs sectors - Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills - Sound knowledge of industry norms, guidelines, and compliance procedures Contact: +91-82879 58317 Interested candidates can share their CVs at hr@buildmyinfra.com (Note: The work location is in Gurugram.
