Quantity Surveyor (Civil & PEB)

As a Quantity Surveyor (Civil & PEB) based in Bangalore, Hosur & Narasapura, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender - Responsible for studying BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from onsite data & drawings - Preparation and Certification of RA bills - Identification and preparation of extra items - Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material - Responsible for verification of certified RA bills - Preparing all billing records and maintaining it - Proper entering of bills without errors - Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on Monthly basis - Getting Approval from the Client - Providing billing related information/documents to client as and when required - To take the measurement from the site engineer & process subcontractor bills - Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma/BE in Civil Engineering - 4 to 8 years of experience - Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD You may contact 8925886452 or email at tr1@neoheights.com for further information or queries.,
