Quantity Surveyor (Civil & PEB)

As a Quantity Surveyor (Civil & PEB) with 4 to 8 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and bills with item rates from tenders. You will be required to study the BOQ as per specifications, extract quantities from onsite data and drawings, and ensure accurate preparation and certification of RA bills. Additionally, you will identify and prepare extra items, maintain monthly reconciliation statements of building materials, and verify certified RA bills. Your role will also involve maintaining billing records, ensuring error-free bill entries, and preparing RA bills for projects on a monthly basis. You will be responsible for obtaining approval from clients and providing billing-related information and documents as needed. Furthermore, you will collaborate with site engineers to take measurements and process subcontractor bills, as well as check and certify bills and invoices from vendors and contractors. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and AutoCAD is essential for this position. The work location for this role is in Bangalore, Hosur, and Narasapura.
