Quantity Surveyor (Civil & Interior)

You will be joining Hospertz India Pvt Ltd. (HIPL) as a Quantity Surveyor specializing in Civil and Interior projects. Your role will involve preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning, managing budgets, and delivering cost reports. You will oversee cost control for various stages of construction projects related to civil works and interiors to ensure accurate cost analysis for effective project execution. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and manage cost planning processes for civil and interior projects. - Oversee cost control for various stages of construction projects related to civil works and interiors. - Deliver accurate cost analysis and projections through cost reporting. - Ensure financial efficiency in project execution and budget management. - Apply knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations for civil and interior projects. - Utilize strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under deadlines effectively. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management with strong analytical skills. - Experience in preparing and managing BOQs and Cost Planning processes for civil and interior projects. - Expertise in Cost Reporting and delivering accurate cost analysis and projections. - Ability to ensure financial efficiency in project execution and budget management. - Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations for civil and interior projects. - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field preferred. - Relevant certifications in construction cost management or quantity surveying are an advantage.,
