Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer

As a Quantity Surveyor / Billing Engineer at Ashia Estates, your role involves evaluating cost-effectiveness for all activities and recommending ways to enhance cost efficiency and productivity. Your key responsibilities include: - Checking and certifying Sub-contractor / Labour bills - Efficiently working towards quantities and material reconciliation - Managing the cash outflow of the project to ensure the audit of material quantity inward and stock at the site - Gathering information on required materials, labor, and other factors at project sites - Reading GFC Drawings and technical documents to calculate quantities and prepare daily cost sheets - Collaborating with engineers, architects, and contractors on estimates - Utilizing computer software for quantity calculations and rate analysis Qualifications required for this role include: - Civil Engineering Graduates with an aggregate of over 65% marks and no history of arrears - High levels of energy, excellent communication & interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills If you are passionate about excelling in your work, possess leadership qualities, integrity, sincerity, punctuality, commitment, and a positive attitude, we encourage you to apply for this position.
