Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepared material and quantity takeoff of structural, architectural, and external work quantities.
Preparation of Material reconciliation report based on monthly available stock.
Complete end to end cost to budget finalization.
Business plans include item rate analysis and securing authorized approval.
Material procurement tracking and management.
Preparing bill of quantities and contracting of work.
Prepared Reinforcement schedule for estimating Assist in the estimation of direct costs for tenders.
Identification and preparation of extra items.
Preparation and Certification of RA bills.
Analysis of rates of Non BOQ items.
Preparing Client Bills and checking Contractors Bill.
Use of ERP software (In4Suite) for BOQ and Billing.
Planning the work execution and monitoring the daily activity of construction.
Preparing the budgeted costs and obtaining approval from Management.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, Preparation of progress analysis evaluation.
