Job Description

MEP QS Engineer - ( Off Role )

Roles and Responsibilities :

Prepare BOQ, estimate quantities, and analyze rates for MEP works.
Conduct quantity surveying activities such as quantity analysis, rate analysis, and bill checking.
Assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and estimates from drawings and specifications.
Ensure accurate estimation of material requirements by reviewing contractor's bills and taking inputs on variations.
Provide support to the team during site execution by monitoring progress against planned schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile :

2 to 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying with expertise in B.O.Q., Bill Checking, Billing, BOQ Preparation, Client Billing, Estimation & Quantities Analysis.
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical field.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices related to MEP systems.
