We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor (QS) Engineer with 25 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, must visit projects for cross checking bills.

Incumbent should have 7+ yrs of exp in Planning, Budgeting, Material reconciliation, Billing & QS, should have exp in Water Supply, LIS & Residential, Hotel Projects, Preparation of Project review meetings. Kannada speaking is mandatory Required Candidate profile BE Civil with 7 + Yrs of experience in Water Supply, Lift Irrigation, Infrastructure works, Commercial & Hotel works

Role & responsibilities Preparation and Submission of Monthly Client Bill/ Sub Contractor billing. Checking of bill of quantities, Estimation of cost, Material reconciliation. Preparation and checking of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule). Reconciliation of Concrete / Steel/ Cement with the Bill. Submission of Non Tendered items bill along with required documents (Rate analysis / supporting documents). Preparation of Projected Billing. Comparison of Budgeted cost vs billing vs Expenditure. Knowledge of IS Codes. Preferred candidate profile Candidates having experience in Residential Apartments, Commercial buildings and those who have worked for contracting companies are preferred.

Must have an exp.in Road & Highway Project . Experience in EPC Mode. Should have good knowledge of price Escalation. Should have good knowledge BBS. Knowledge of Rate analysis. Minimum 8 Years of Experience. Preparing RA bills for the projects.
