Job Title:

Quantity Surveyor PEB & Industrial Projects

Job Summary

PEB and industrial construction projects

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare
quantity take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates
for PEB and industrial works.
Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare and verify
client and subcontractor bills (RA & final bills)
.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flows.
Assist in
tendering, rate analysis, and vendor evaluation
.
Evaluate variations, change orders, and support value engineering.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in
Civil Engineering
.
Strong knowledge of
PEB structures, steel works, and industrial projects
.
Proficiency in
Excel, AutoCAD
, and cost control tools.
Good analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Candidates

Experience in
PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) & Industrial Projects
is
highly preferred
.
Background in
industrial sheds, warehouses, factories, and steel structures
.
