Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed

• Conduct

  throughout design and construction stages.
• Manage

  procurement processes

  , including subcontractor evaluation and negotiation.
• Assess and certify

  claims

• Maintain and update

  cost reports

  cash flow forecasts

  , and

  financial projections

  .
• Coordinate with

  project managers, engineers, and architects

  to ensure accurate cost control and reporting.
• Assist with

• Provide commercial insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in

  Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

  .
• Minimum

  510 years

  of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with at least

  3+ years on high-rise or large-scale projects

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  FIDIC

  or similar contract forms.
• Proficiency in

  Excel

  ,

  AutoCAD

  , and

  cost management software

  (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar).
• Excellent command of

  English

  (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to

  relocate to Cyprus

  (visa and relocation assistance provided).
