The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of project cost control, from estimation and tendering through to final accounts, ensuring value, quality, and cost efficiency throughout each stage of development. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates , BOQs , and tender documentation for high-rise and mixed-use projects. Conduct cost planning , budgeting , and value engineering throughout design and construction stages. Manage procurement processes , including subcontractor evaluation and negotiation. Assess and certify progress payments , variations , and claims . Maintain and update cost reports , cash flow forecasts , and financial projections . Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate cost control and reporting. Assist with contract administration and final account settlement . Provide commercial insight and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management . Minimum 510 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with at least 3+ years on high-rise or large-scale projects . Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract forms. Proficiency in Excel , AutoCAD , and cost management software (e.g., Candy, CostX, or similar). Excellent command of English (written and spoken). Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
