Quantitative Risk Strategy Analyst

As a Risk Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and advancing the risk management paradigm of the international financing business. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, deploying, and iterating risk strategies across the customer lifecycle to ensure alignment with company performance standards and risk appetite. - Introducing and integrating alternative data sources, conducting data-driven risk factor discovery, and deriving analytical indicators to enhance risk assessment. - Designing and optimizing risk models, scoring frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms to effectively identify, assess, and mitigate risks. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies that balance growth and risk control. - Providing thought leadership in developing innovative risk paradigms to ensure sustainable and scalable growth of the international business. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors degree or above in a quantitative or financial discipline such as Financial Engineering, Risk Management, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields. - Strong computational and analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools, and proven ability to work with complex datasets. - Minimum 3 years of experience in credit risk strategy, modeling, or analytics within fintech or banking. - Knowledge of Trade Finance and/or E-commerce financing is a strong advantage. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail. - Passion for learning, curiosity for new ideas, and ambition to co-create innovative risk paradigms that balance business growth with sound risk management.
