Quantitative Risk Strategy Analyst

As a Risk Strategy Analyst at our company, your role will involve shaping and advancing the risk management paradigm of our international financing business. You will have the opportunity to design and deploy data-driven credit and risk strategies, while also exploring new methodologies and pushing the boundaries of how risk is measured and managed. Key Responsibilities: - Design, deploy, and continuously iterate risk strategies across the customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment with performance standards and risk appetite. - Introduce and integrate alternative data sources, conduct data-driven risk factor discovery, and derive analytical indicators to enhance risk assessment. - Design and optimize risk models, scoring frameworks, and monitoring mechanisms to effectively identify, assess, and mitigate risks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable strategies that balance growth and risk control. - Provide thought leadership in developing innovative risk paradigms for sustainable and scalable growth of the international business. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or above in a quantitative or financial discipline (e.g., Financial Engineering, Risk Management, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields). - Strong computational and analytical skills, with hands-on experience in SQL, Python or other data analysis tools, and proven ability to work with complex datasets. - Minimum 3 years of experience in credit risk strategy, modelling, or analytics within fintech or banking. - Knowledge of Trade Finance and/or E-commerce financing is a strong advantage. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail. - Passion for learning, curiosity for new ideas, and the ambition to co-create innovative risk paradigms that balance business growth with sound risk management.,
