Quantitative Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quantitative Developer with expertise in C++ programming and trading systems. As a key member of our team, you will engage with institutional broking clients to understand their needs and develop tailored technical solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to deliver robust trading solutions and ensuring seamless communication between clients and development teams for effective implementation of features. Your responsibilities will include gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements from clients, designing and developing trading solutions using C++, and working closely with trading, quant, and infrastructure teams to ensure the delivery of scalable solutions. You will also play a vital role in supporting the deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of trading solutions in both live and simulated environments, as well as maintaining documentation for developed tools and systems. The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong proficiency in C++ (preferably modern C++: C++11/14/17) and a solid understanding of trading concepts, particularly in institutional broking and market microstructure. Experience in requirement gathering and client interaction within a trading or financial services context is highly preferred. Familiarity with FIX protocol and electronic trading platforms would be an added advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Desired skills for this role include prior experience in a brokerage, HFT, or financial technology environment, exposure to trading APIs, market data feeds, and low-latency systems, as well as knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python or Bash) and tools like Git.,
