Revenue is solid, but our quant side is the bottleneck. That’s where you come in.

What you’ll own

• Turn raw on-chain noise into actual edge

• Dive into Dune, ClickHouse, RPC dumps and decode how top searchers operate

• Model priority-fee dynamics, CU dilution, backrun capture, fee-market quirks

• Build and iterate subsidy, batching, CPI-tip and partial-revert strategies

• Run experiments in packet spraying, fan-out, congestion control, geo-routing

• 3–5× the revenue we currently extract from orderflow

What we’re looking for

• 2–3 years in quant / MEV / HFT / prop-shop / DeFi search

• Python + SQL muscle memory; Rust is a plus

• You can look at a block and instantly spot where the money was made

• Hungry, sharp, and ready to relocate to Bangalore (HSR) — full onsite, heavy whiteboarding
