Dive into Dune, ClickHouse, RPC dumps and decode how top searchers operate

Model priority-fee dynamics, CU dilution, backrun capture, fee-market quirks

Build and iterate subsidy, batching, CPI-tip and partial-revert strategies

Run experiments in packet spraying, fan-out, congestion control, geo-routing

What we're looking for

23 years in quant / MEV / HFT / prop-shop / DeFi search

Python + SQL muscle memory; Rust is a plus

You can look at a block and instantly spot where the money was made

Hungry, sharp, and ready to relocate to Bangalore (HSR) full onsite, heavy whiteboarding
