Quant Analytics Associate

As a Quant Analyst Associate at our organization, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in driving impactful business insights. Working within the Data and Analytics team, you will collaborate with various teams to deliver timely insights that will significantly enhance customer engagement and improve overall business performance. Your responsibilities will involve synthesizing large datasets from multiple sources to derive actionable insights for different business functions. You will be expected to solve business problems using fact-based and scientific analytics, define metrics, evaluate results, and draw meaningful insights to drive decision-making. Additionally, you will evaluate and implement new tools for data collection, analysis, and reporting while presenting key findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in statistics, business analytics, finance, economics, mathematics, or engineering and have at least 4 years of analytics experience in a financial services firm or consulting firm supporting financial institutions. Proficiency in data querying using Snowflake SQL/Python, Alteryx, and Tableau is essential. You should also possess the ability to independently navigate loosely defined business problems and deliver compelling presentations using data-driven storytelling techniques. Preferred qualifications include a strong understanding of big data disciplines, AWS, Agile (scrum) methodologies, and familiarity with new technologies. Effective communication skills with senior leaders to facilitate collaboration and decision-making are highly valued. The ideal candidate should exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing and delivering on tasks effectively.,
