Qualys Analyst

As a Qualys Analyst, your role will involve maintaining and managing the global infrastructure setup for Asset Inventory & Vulnerability management. You will be responsible for secure operations, maintenance, monitoring, and management of the Qualys tenant and its related infrastructure components. Close collaboration with Corporate IT, Corporate Security, and Location IT / Location Security departments will be essential to maintain full Qualys scan and agent deployment coverage in a dynamic network environment. Your tasks will also include supporting and training IT staff globally in Qualys, ensuring asset inventory data is up-to-date, supporting the roll-out of the Qualys agent in new environments, and troubleshooting as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Secure operation, maintenance, monitoring, and management of Qualys tenant - Collaboration with various departments for Qualys scan and agent deployment coverage - Global support and training of IT staff in Qualys - Keeping asset inventory data up-to-date via automation - Supporting roll-out of Qualys agent in new environments - Troubleshooting Qualys related issues Qualifications Required: - University degree or equivalent - ITIL certification - Azure Fundamentals knowledge - Strong hands-on experience with Qualys, including Qualys Agent (3+ years) - Good understanding of Authentication and Authorization technologies related to Qualys - Proficiency in Qualys REST-API - Experience in setting up and running authenticated scans and key vault usage - Qualys Agent configuration and management on Linux and Windows - Familiarity with Qualys configuration and usage in Azure Cloud - Scripting and process automation experience with Qualys It's good to have general knowledge in Cloud technologies (M365 & Azure) and hybrid infrastructure, Endpoint and Network Protection technologies, experience with Service Now and Qualys - CMDB Sync, familiarity with common patching systems, Splunk integration, Qualys Container Security, and certificate management.,
