Quality Surveyor

The selected candidate must have at least 5-8 years prior experience in BOQ Preparation, Rate Analysis, Quantity Surveying, WO Preparation, VO Preparation, PO Preparation and Sub Contractor Billing. Roles and Responsibilities: Preparation of architectural BOQs as per specifications and taking out quantities from GFC drawings. Preparation of BBS from GFC drawings. Preparation of pre-tender & post-tender estimated BOQ. Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation. Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors. Administer contract terms and conditions, manage variations, and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals. Liaising with site managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion. Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets. Research and meet with potential suppliers to compare products, prices, and make the best decision for the company. Scheduling & Monitoring the Progress of the works, delays & disruption of the Project and Preparation of Claims for delays & Time Extension and associated costs. Certification of Sub contractor RA Bills Preparation of materials reconciliation statements. Preparation of forecasts, budgets and cost control measures. Preparation of Cost reports at various stages of projects i.e., Feasibility design, conceptual design, schematic design and detailed design, Budget Tracking, Value Engineering & Cost Control. Review of Architectural and Structural drawings and raising RFIs to consultants. Key Requirements: Language Proficiency- English, Kannada, Hindi Software Proficiency- MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Excellent Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills Excellent organizational and time management skills.
