Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Location: Umbergaon, Gujarat
Company: Radium Creations Ltd.
Radium Creations Ltd. is a leading exporter and manufacturer of imitation jewelry, supplying to various global brands. We are looking for a Quality Supervisor with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Umbergaon.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct floor-level QC checks across production.
Monitor and ensure adherence to AQL standards.
Maintain and track defect metrics, ensuring continuous improvement.
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
Support documentation and reporting for internal and external audits.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in jewelry, textiles, or related industries.
Strong understanding of AQL and defect matrices.
Attention to detail and ability to work hands-on on the production floor.
Textile background candidates are also welcome.
