About the Job

We’re looking for someone who can review and approve professionals and agencies that want to join our Global Digital Marketplace. Your job will be to check if their profiles, work samples, and company details meet our quality standards before they are approved. You’ll make sure that everything they show, their videos, clients, reviews, and projects, are real, professional, and up to the mark.

What You’ll Do

• Go through new applications and decide if they should be approved or not based on the predefined metrics.
• Watch short introduction videos and see if they meet our quality and communication standards.
• Check whether the clients or brands mentioned by applicants are genuine.
• Review their services (like gigs or offers) and make sure they look professional, clear, and correct.
• After sending feedback, check if they have updated their profile properly.
• Verify that the external reviews and testimonials are real.
• Put each service in the right category so it’s relevant for buyers to find.
• Review agency applications to make sure they meet our quality and experience standards.
• Moderate submitted files or assets and approve/reject them based on quality metrics.
  

What We Expect From You

• Good eye for detail, you can easily spot mistakes or fake information.
• Comfortable making fair approval or rejection decisions.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Basic understanding of digital services like design, tech, marketing, writing, etc.
• Experience in reviewing, moderation, or quality-checking work (helpful but not required).
• Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Appsmith, Monday, and Tableau, Salesforce (a plus).
