Quality QA QC - Execution

You will be responsible for overseeing the QA/QC execution or auditing activities in a leading Real estate company based in Mumbai. Your role may vary from Deputy Manager to Associate Manager or Manager level, based on your experience and expertise. The job location will be in Thane and it is a full-time, permanent position. - Manage and supervise the QA/QC activities in MEP or Civil projects within the Real estate sector. - Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in all execution and auditing processes. - Oversee and implement QA/QC procedures to maintain high-quality standards. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken. - Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement. - Provide guidance and training to staff on QA/QC best practices. - Prepare reports and documentation related to quality assurance and control activities. - Minimum of 7 years of total work experience in a relevant field is required. - At least 5 years of experience specifically in the Real Estate industry is necessary.,
