Quality PTM

As a Quality Manager, your role involves managing the quality aspects of the project to ensure alignment with customer and VALEO quality standards and cost targets. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring the Quality Roadmap, defining the quality cost of the project, and tracking customer milestones. Your key responsibilities include: - Detecting risks and proactively preventing problems throughout the project lifecycle - Escalating roadblocks to PG / PL management when necessary - Ensuring adherence to CPM and Build In Quality Standards - Challenging other PTMs on their activities to drive continuous improvement - Focusing on design and change by incorporating novelty in product and process considerations - Updating quality documents following any product/process-related changes - Supporting supplier management activities by collaborating with internal and external suppliers - Defining Prototype, pre-serial, and serial control plans and ensuring consistency between SPPC, FMEA, and control plan - Participating in design reviews and preparing IS Internal & Customer deliverables - Applying QRQC rules and ensuring project team compliance with QRQC material/rules - Managing all issues in a single list and initiating a VIM incident in case of test failures Additionally, you may be required to participate in Design Reviews, support Purchasing and SQA team activities, collect suppliers" proposals, and validate IS with the Customer on Time. Your attention to detail, proactive risk management approach, and collaboration with stakeholders will be instrumental in ensuring project success.,
