Quality PTM

You will be responsible for managing the quality aspects of the project. This includes setting and monitoring the Quality Roadmap to ensure that the project meets the quality (Customer and VALEO) and cost targets. You will define the quality cost of the project and follow up on customer milestones. Your role will involve detecting risks and preventing problems from the beginning to the end of the project lifecycle. In case of any identified risks, you will escalate roadblocks to PG / PL management. It is crucial to ensure that the CPM is respected and that the Build In Quality Standards are adhered to. This includes using the SPPC tracking sheet, following the SPPC identification procedure, and transferring SPPC to Suppliers via the VRFs. You will be expected to challenge other PTMs on their activities and focus on Design & Change. It is essential to ensure that any novelty in product and process is considered in DFMEA, PFMEA, DV&PV. You will verify that LLCs have been utilized in the D/P FMEA to reduce RPN and are respected. After the design freeze, you will ensure that the 4M matrix is respected concerning any product or process changes, and that customer awareness and approval of changes are obtained in accordance with the 4M matrix. You will update quality documents following any product/process-related changes and participate in Design Reviews, including suppliers and tool makers design review. Your role will involve revising the control plan after an issue and/or test results, supporting supplier management activities, and participating in activities related to Internal and External Supplier parts on Valeo sites. You will collect suppliers" encountered issues and integrate their alternative proposals as Best Practices. Getting the IS validated by the Customer on Time is crucial. You will define Prototype, pre-serial, and serial control plans as the owner of the milestones and ensure consistency between the SPPC, FMEA, and control plan. Participating in pre-FDPR and FDPR, preparing IS Internal & Customer deliverables, internal Initial Sample file to be validated by the Site Quality Manager before presenting it to the Customer for sign-off. It is important to ensure that QRQC rules are applied and that the project team uses QRQC material and rules. You will manage all project issues in the single list of issues and ensure that QRQC rules are followed. In case of any DV or PV test failures, you will initiate a VIM incident. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Quality (Warranty, APU) is required for this role.,
